Background
Justin Baker practices business, intellectual property, litigation, and government contracts law for clients across Idaho. Before practicing law, Justin served in the United States Coast Guard for seventeen years, on active duty and in the reserve, separating as a Chief Petty Officer. He then served as Chief Operations Officer and General Counsel of a rapid-growth Idaho company, where he negotiated commercial agreements, managed federal contracts under the FAR and DFARS, and made the operational decisions that legal advice usually only comments on.
